Notable zoning entitlement development projects include new: Toyota, Land Rover, Jaguar and Tesla auto-dealerships, 25-acre residential subdivision, Starbucks, 480,000 SF industrial/flex building, 140,000 SF award winning middle school, animal hospitals and hundreds of “mom-and-pop” restaurant, office, retail and auto-oriented small businesses.  

The Principal proudly holds a Master’s Degree in Urban Planning and Policy, Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science, Professional Certificate in Municipal Finance from the University of Chicago, Harris School of Public Policy, (12 yrs.) LEED Certification by the USGBC and a candidate for a Professional Certificate in Commercial Real Estate Analysis and Investment from the MIT School of Architecture and Planning.
